Why is a mail in RSVP required?

Answer

Technology tends to glitch, specifically on Zola’s RSVP feature, which can be unpredictable. Since most of our guests are traveling far to attend our big day, we want to have confirmed answers about your attendance. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your mail in RSVP received no later than the 21st of June. This is a required date to send all final counts to our vendors. Sadly, if we do not receive any response from you, we will have to assume you will not be coming.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated by 4:45 pm, as the procession will begin at 5 pm. The ceremony will take place at Greenbriar Falls at The Greenbriar Inn. There will be signage and ushers to help guide you to the right places.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you only bring those formally addressed on your invitations. Your invitation will be addressed for example, "John Doe & Guest", if you are granted to bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding the nature of our intimate day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We are currently working on finding a childcare service for our families that will be bringing their kids. If your family is under that category, please reach out to let us know if this is something you will need.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal garden party is the dress code. We would like to ask that you wear colorful and flowy dresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. There will also be an open bar, so please plan your transportation accordingly. There is ample parking at the venue if your car needs to be left overnight. Please do not drive if you are planning to drink; there are ample Ubers in the area.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a welcome party on Friday the 1st at Avanti Food and Beverage Boulder. We invite all to come socialize with the families, friends, and the soon-to-be newlyweds! Other details for this event are under the "Schedule" tab.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check out the travel tab on the website to see details on our courtesy hotel room block. There are plenty of Airbnb, VRBOS, and other hotels in the area if you wish to book elsewhere.
