We recommend arriving 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow ample time for parking and seating.
Please dress in cocktail attire. We are asking that men wear a suit and tie or dress pants and a jacket. Women are encouraged to wear a knee-length or longer cocktail dress or jumpsuit. Cocktail attire typically means semi-formal—elevated and elegant, but does not require floor-length gowns. Colorful outfits and floral patterns are welcome (but not required). We politely ask that you avoid wearing jeans or white. Looking for some inspiration? Visit our Pinterest mood board here: https://pin.it/3MrCriGiI
Plenty of parking is available in the designated parking lot across the street from the venue. Once parked, cross the street and follow the stone path of steps behind the venue to reach the ceremony space. If you have mobility limitations/concerns, a golf cart will be able to take you to the ceremony space.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun evening with us!
We ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. When you RSVP on our website, you’ll see the names of everyone in your party who is invited. If a guest is included, they’ll be listed there. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! We will have an open bar with several signature cocktails and beer to choose from, so please enjoy responsibly and party hard!
We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment. Our photo and video teams are awesome and will capture everything!
Yes! The venue is fully accessible for all guests. If you or someone in your party has mobility concerns, venue staff will be available to assist with transportation around the property using a golf cart.
Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) in the grass, followed by cocktail hour both inside and outside. The reception will be held in a fully air-conditioned indoor space for everyone’s comfort.
Our venue has a beautiful indoor ceremony space if needed, so rain or shine, the celebration will go on!
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Springhill Suites Harrisburg/Hershey which is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the venue. We recommend booking in advance due to Penn State Football having a home game this weekend. Please visit the "travel" section for more information.
Yes! A shuttle will be available to take guests from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. A schedule will be provided closer to the wedding day.
Yes! After the reception, we plan on continuing the celebration at the Springhill Suites Hotel bar. Join us for more drinks and late-night fun!
The reception will wrap up at 10:00 PM. But if you’re not ready for the fun to end, you can catch us continuing the party at the hotel bar and you’re more than welcome to join us!
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept late RSVPs. We need final counts submitted to our venue and catering by the deadline, so please be sure to respond timely to ensure we can plan accordingly. We really hope you can make it!
