There are limited rooms, so please let Maddie and Luke know if you book one; we are trying to maximize them, so try to book the space that you need and not more.We want to ensure that we get the most people in them as possible! DOUBLE ROOM: 2 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, mini-fridge, microwave = $160+tax nightly (sleeps 6) QUEEN EFFICIENCY ROOM: 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, kitchenette = $160+tax nightly (sleeps 4) KING EFFICIENCY ROOM: 1 king bed, kitchenette = $170+tax nightly (sleeps 2) HISTORIC COTTAGE: 1 queen bed, kitchen, private porch and fenced yard = $180+tax nightly (sleeps 2) WHAT DOES THE ROOM INCLUDE? ALL ROOMS have free wifi, satellite TV, coffee service, fans, hairdryers, couch, dresser. KITCHENETTES have refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, kitchen linens, dining table. ***** NO SMOKING - The entire Matterhorn property is no smoking. PARKING - There is one parking space per room/cottage. No trailers are allowed on the property. High noise vehicles ( such as OHV’s, Harleys, Diesel trucks) must limit travel into and out of the parking lot in order to minimize noise. PETS - We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms, and dogs are welcome with pre-approval and subject to room availability. There is a one-time $25 pet fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors on the property and may not be left unattended in the rooms. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 3 pm, and Check-out time is 10 am. CANCELLATION POLICY - A reservation requires a one-night non-refundable deposit. The balance of your reservation is cancellable until 14 days prior to your arrival. [If you have to cancel, let Maddie and Luke know so that instead we can have someone else get that room.] PAYMENT - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.

Grand Junction has the largest airport of the regional options. This is 3 hours away from Lake City; however, there will be many people travelling from here to Lake City for the wedding. They have United, American Airlines, Breeze Airways and Delta airline availability.
