What is guest attire?

Answer

The event is semi-formal. Ladies are free to wear sundresses, skirts, and flowy pants. Men can wear dress pants and button ups/pollo shirts, a suit is not necessary. The venue has uneven surfaces, so please wear comfortable shoes.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is Emel House at Scenic Beach State Park. The address is: 9565 Scenic Beach Rd NW, Seabeck, WA 98380. Upon your arrival to the park, you will be stopped at the vistor center. Once you have passed the visitor center continue straight, then on the left you will see a sign that says "Emel House," turn in front of that sign and it will be on the right.

How do I park at the venue?

Answer

All visitors must pay to park since it is a state park. If you have a discover pass, you can use it to park. Discover passes are $30 for the year, or you can purchase a day pass for $10. There are 24 spots in the venue lot, so parking is limited. Emel House parking are any spots after the Emel House sign. If the lot is full, you are free to park in the general parking lot for the park itself, but you will need to make a short walk to the venue. At the time of the ceremony, the park typically gets a lengthy line at the visitor booth, so please plan ahead!

Can I bring a plus one?

In order to accommodate for all of our loved ones, only those listed on your invitation/RSVP page are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we have limited spots at the venue, so children and fuzzy children (pets) will need to remain home for the evening.

Can I visit the rest of the park during the day?

Answer

Yes! This park is full of fun activities. So, feel free to take advantage of the park for the day. If you wander throughout the park, any alcohol from the wedding must remain at the venue!
