How should we be prepared to obtain drinks?

Answer

We are having an open bar consisting of a variety of drinks for all! If you wish to tip, bring cash as there is no ATM.

Standard check-in time for hotels is 3:00-4:00pm, how does that work with the ceremony at 3:00?

Answer

After speaking with the hotel manager, she is happy to allow early check-in depending on room availability (inquire 24-48 hours before check-in to see if this is available).

What if early check in isn't an option?

Answer

There is a shuttle going from the hotel to the venue at 4:30pm for the reception, giving guests time after the ceremony to check in. For further travelers checking in on August 30, might be the best!
