2014:
Madison's Step-Dad comes home and tells her he almost bought a date for her at the hockey benefit auction he did. She asks who, he says Lance Pennington. She asks her friend about him, she says, "You probably wouldn't like him, he parties a lot".

2015:
Madison attends a college party at Lance's apartment. Lance is not home.

2023:
Lance "likes" Madison on Hinge. Madison is unsure if she should match with him as she remembers what her friend told her in high school, but thinks, "People can change" and accepts the match. Lance sends Madison a message (after thinking long and hard about what he should say) and tells her she has a nice smile. Conversation continues.

June 24, 2023:
Our first date. 

We have spent nearly every single day together since June. We enjoy golfing, walking our dog Mikka, snuggling Gabby Kitty, and doing anything outside together. We encourage each other to be better versions of ourselves and look forward to building a future together!
