Is there a seated dinner?

This is a cocktail style reception party with passed hors d’oeuvres, buffets, and carving stations. There will not be a formal seated dinner.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the reception party?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service available between The Hyatt Regency and Gibsons Italia for transportation to the event. The shuttle can accommodate up to 30 guests per trip. Please note that guests will be responsible for arranging their own transportation at the end of the evening.

We invite you to join us in cocktail attire for our celebration but most importantly we want you to feel comfortable and ready to dance. Ladies, please avoid wearing black dresses.

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep this celebration intimate and adults-only. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

We are thrilled to have you join us, at this time we’ve carefully crafted our invite list. We are only able to offer plus ones to guests who are specifically listed on the invitation.
