Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! This will be a kid and family friendly event. We're putting together goodie bags for the kids, and will have a room designated for feeding, changing, and other childcare needs. Feel free to contact us prior to the wedding if you have specific needs or questions!

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue has limited space, and we also want to share our special day with just close friends and family! We've included specific invites for significant others and kids, but other than that, we don't have space for additional plus ones.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We'll have several appetizers following the ceremony, including some gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. We'll be ordering pizzas later in the evening. Desserts will include cake, fruit, and s'mores. If you have more specific or serious needs/concerns, reach out to us before the wedding and we can chat about how we can accommodate what you need!

No, this will be an alcohol-free event! Come ready for a good time... just not that kind of a good time ;)

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual is the vibe, and we would encourage light springtime colors -- maybe avoid black or grey. But ultimately we want you to be comfortable, so no pressure! If you want some ideas or suggestions, feel free to reach out to Maddie prior to the wedding. We also want to emphasize that most of the venue is outdoors and the ground is uneven and rugged -- you might want to leave the heels at home!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

That's a great question.... the weather in Colorado is known for its unpredictability! Spring tends to be pretty windy, and summer usually gets regular afternoon showers. June is right in between, so both of those are a little less likely. Daytime is usually warm (average 76 degrees), and nights are cool (average 54 degrees). The sun in Colorado is very bright and strong, so make sure to bring sunglasses and sunscreen if needed!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 3:00 pm, so we would recommend arriving between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm. We will have a welcome table with programs and kids' goodie bags, and the ceremony space is a short walk from the main venue area.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available on the venue property, and there will also be someone there to help direct you where to park when you come in!

Will the ceremony be "unplugged"?

Answer

No! We will have a professional photographer present and will be happy to share any photos with you after the wedding, but if you feel like you'd prefer to get your own photos too, go for it! We would just ask that any photo-taking would be not distracting to others or obstructing their view (including our photographer). We want everyone to be present and enjoy the ceremony.
