IMPORTANT WEDDING DAY - Shuttle Information

We’re so grateful you can join us, and we’ve arranged shuttles to make getting to and from the celebration easy for everyone! We have two large shuttles that will be on Carlsbad Blvd of the Pick-Up Location: SpringHill Suites San Diego Carlsbad 3136 Carlsbad Blvd, Carlsbad, CA 92008 Departure Time: 2:45 PM sharp Please arrive a few minutes early — the shuttle will leave promptly at 2:45 PM and cannot wait. For Guests Not Staying at the Hotel: Parking at the hotel is not permitted (unless you find available street parking nearby). We kindly suggest taking an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to the hotel to catch the shuttle. Return Trip: The shuttle will depart the wedding venue at 10:00 PM. There will not be an earlier return shuttle, so please plan accordingly. We kindly ask that everyone wait for the shuttle at the designated pick-up location and be respectful of the hotel property. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and make the ride part of the fun!

Where are the wedding events?
Madison and Julian will be staying in Carlsbad, CA, where a room block will also be available. Pre-wedding activities, including the welcome party, will take place in Carlsbad. On the wedding day, transportation will be provided from the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Carlsbad to San Clemente. The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at the Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente, CA.
