Are children allowed at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We have decided to have a child-free ceremony and reception. If this prevents you from attending, we completely understand and would love to schedule another time in the future to celebrate with you and your family!

If I'm traveling in from out of town, where do I stay?

Answer

We're so excited to be able to provide discounted rates for the Balmoral Resort, where our reception will be taking place. There are other lodging options in our "travel" section of the website. If you'd like to book a discounted room, call Balmoral at (866) 584-5527 and let them know you're part of the Salamanca Wedding!

Will there be a meal provided at the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be appetizers, a full course meal with two options, desserts, and drinks following the ceremony.

I have allergies/dietary restrictions, will I be able to eat at the reception?

Answer

We are working with Balmoral to ensure that all guests will have a meal that accommodates their health needs. If you are in need of a special meal, please let us know when you RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You bet! We will be providing beer and wine free of charge throughout the night, but if you wish to up the ante, you will be welcome to pay an additional charge for spirits and liquors with a cash bar. Enjoy!
