Where do we park?

Answer

Great question! The grass lot right next to the venue at the conservation club is where all guests should park. There will be signage around the road that will direct you. There will also be a golf cart shuttle to transport guests to and from the lot.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely not. Sorry to those who were hoping to celebrate the night with some bubbly, however, our wedding venue is strictly no alcohol.

Where are the nearest hotels and restaurants?

Answer

Willow Acres is located 10 minutes from restaurants and hotels in Anderson, IN and 25 minutes from Hamilton Towne Center in Noblesville.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes please let the couple know right away if you have any food-related allergies at the phone number listed above.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that guests are RSVP'ed by April 16th, 2023. Any unanswered RSVPs will be an assumed No.

When should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before our 4:00 pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule, and help out guests that may need extra assistance finding their seats.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures we ask that you respect our unplugged ceremony. We will make sure to share lots of pictures and videos with you after the wedding! You may take photos/videos any other time of the day.
