Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, semi-formal is requested for our wedding. This may include a midi or maxi dress or a fun cocktail dress, suit or sports coat with dress pants, ties are optional.

Where do I park?
Answer
We will be at Lighthouse Point Park. The address is: 2 Lighthouse Rd, New Haven, 06512 Parking: Invited guests are not charged fees to enter the park. As you enter the Park continue straight after the ticket booth stop, following the green signs to “Carousel parking.” Go right into the directed lot ( surrounded by colored concrete blocks). Drive to the far end of the directed lot (the Lighthouse can be seen in the distance to your left), park your vehicle and walk to the ‘YELLOW GATE” on the access road. You can either take the golf cart shuttle at the gate or walk straight down the road to the Carousel building. Handicapped guests and guests with special needs can be dropped off directly in front of the Carousel House. (Right at main entrance ticket booth, through stop sign and slightly left through parking lot then right through the yellow gate down the road to the carousel) Extreme caution is to be used accessing this interior access road. The Carousel House is the large white building near the lighthouse.

Yes, we have a hotel block at New Haven Hotel at 229 George St, New Haven CT for the Carney Hendry wedding. July 7th is the deadline for utilizing the code, so act quick! Although there are plenty of other hotels available in the area! Other potential hotel options could include: -Home 2 Suites at 30 Frontage Rd, East Haven, CT -Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale 155 Temple St New Haven, CT

Will the ceremony be outside?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on the beach. Afterwards we'll head into the Carousel building for the reception!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar. We will have beer, wine, signature cocktails, water, and sodas available. Have fun and don't break the carousel.
