FAQs

Have a question? We have answers!
Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, please! We love your babies and would love to squeeze them whenever possible. Activities will be available for children as well (:

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Information regarding attire is located under the, “important information,” tab.

Question

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! It’s the easiest and fastest way for us to keep track of who all will be attending and communicate those numbers to our vendors to ensure a seamless evening. RSVP’s must be submitted no later than September 20th, but the earlier, the better! If you have any issues, please contact the bride or groom.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

They’re both located in the same location! No need to worry about traveling to and from.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Absolutely! There is a full size parking lot available at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive? When does it end?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM and guests are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand to get settled for the main event. The ceremony is expected to last around half an hour and the night will end around 11:30pm.

Question

Can we take photos? Can we post them?

Answer

We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony in order for our guests to live in the moment, however, we do encourage photos at all other times. The bride and groom can’t be in two places at once so we’d love to see everything from your eyes! We encourage you to use our hashtag, #bewitchingspeno when sharing your photos in order to easily track and view them.

Question

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Answer

There will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink choices for guests. The bride and groom each chose a signature drink that is sure to be enjoyed by everyone (:

Question

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

We know long nights and dancing too hard can lead to tired eyes, just like we know celebrating can lead to overindulging and we want our guests to have the best time possible; while being safe. For this reason, we will be providing transportation to and from the venue for those needing it. Uber, local taxis and shuttle services are also available for guests wanting to arrange their own transportation.

Question

What Is the Pizza Mingle?

Answer

The bride and groom are hosting a pizza party the night before the wedding at their cabin. If you’re wanting to attend, please contact either the bride or groom for directions. Dress as fancy or as casual as you’d like while enjoying a slice and mingling with new faces.
