We are working to ensure that those who are at risk (who we are aware of) will be vaccinated by the wedding and highly encourage you to do so if the option is available to you. If you have not received the vaccine or have not tested positive for anti-bodies three months prior to the event, we ask that you: - Quarantine 2-weeks before the wedding, as a courtesy to others to ensure we can have a safe space to celebrate - Test negative for COVID-19 within three days of traveling to the wedding If you have to fly, please take precautions, including wearing a mask the entire flight, and follow the CDC guidelines for the duration of your trip. At the event, masks and sanitization stations will be provided Though the venue is indoors, it is a very large space. We plan to seat people in smaller groups and according to friend/family "pods." The dance floor is also quite large. We ask that we do our best to stay within our "pods" for the duration of the event.
Please kindly RSVP by May 10th
The dress code for our wedding is Formal. Ladies should wear an evening dress or formal cocktail-length dress, and the gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
