We’re Getting Married!!!

Jeff and Madison’s story began on August 20, 2021, at Michigan’s oldest bar, The New Hudson Inn. That evening, they both happened to be there alone. Madison noticed the handsome man sitting a few seats away and, with a spark of courage, struck up a conversation about choosing a song for the bar’s jukebox. As the night went on, the casual conversation turned into something more. Madison decided to take a chance, she told Jeff he was cute and asked if he was single. To her delight, he was. She asked for his number, and the two ended up talking for hours, long after the bar had closed. A few months later, on October 23, 2021 the same night Madison moved into her first home in Highland, MI, Jeff asked her to be his girlfriend, writing the question on a pumpkin. Their relationship blossomed quickly. Jeff eventually moved in, and together they began building a life with their beloved cat, Griffin. In May 2022, their little family grew with the addition of their sweet Australian Shepard puppy, Archie. By early 2023, Jeff and Madison started planning their dream home in Brighton, MI. That summer, they sold their first house and moved in with Jeff’s parents while their new home was being built. Just a few months later, in February 2024, they moved into their new home, a space they’ve filled with love, laughter, and everything that makes it truly theirs. Then, on October 20, 2024, while celebrating Madison’s dad’s birthday at her parents’ house, Jeff surprised her by asking the most important question of all, to spend forever together. With her family by her side, Madison said yes. It was a moment filled with love, joy, and perfect timing. Now, they can't wait to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by family and friends, and to continue building a future together, one filled with love, adventure, and the dream of growing their family.
