Question
Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:00 pm to bring guests to Hewitt Oaks. A shuttle will depart from Hewitt Oaks starting at 8:00 pm to bring guests back to the hotels. The final shuttle will be departing at 10:15 pm to ensure all guests arrive back at the hotels safely. If you would like to use the transportation provided kindly let us know when you rsvp. Even if you are not staying at the transportation pick-up locations, you are welcome to utilize the shuttle service from either point.

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking available onsite at Hewitt Oaks. A short walk away from the ceremony and reception.

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Should weather conditions permit, the ceremony will take place outdoors beneath a grand oak tree. The Wedding Reception will be located inside at Hewitt Oak's Gracie Ballroom.
