What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress nice, but comfortable for the July weather. Our venue is outside on the grass, and there is shade, but expect it to be warm. Sundresses, button-downs, slacks, or jeans with a dress shirt all look great. For women, boots or flats are encouraged - heels are not recommended since we'll be in grass. For men, polish up those nice cowboy boots if you have them!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please be at the Creekside Venue at the Gallatin River Hideaway at 3:30 pm. We'd love it if you grabbed a drink and found a seat when you get there.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

Children are absolutely welcome! However, we’d love for our wedding to be your night off. If you’re able to find a sitter, we encourage you to use this as an excuse to let loose and celebrate with us. But if your little ones need to come along, just let us know so we can plan accordingly!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both at the Gallatin Hideaway - Creekside venue. We'll just need to move a few chairs from the lawn into the tent for the reception to get the party started!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the Creekside Venue for all of our guests. Carpooling is encouraged if you have a designated driver and/or can ride with a friend to save on space.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are both options to get to and from places around Bozeman to the venue easily. We want to make sure nobody drinks and drives, so please plan your night accordingly. We picked this venue as an easy location to come and go as you please!
