Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love our little ones, we politely request no children under the age of 14 years old UNLESS they are part of the wedding party. We want to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears running about. We thank you for respecting our decision... Let's party!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our big day with our closest loved ones! If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP. If one is not listed for you, please understand the venue has limited space and budget.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No, we will be having a dry wedding. We ask that no one brings any alcohol to the venue as any alcohol on the premises will be seen as a violation of our contract. Therefore, we will be providing multiple yummy non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy all evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see all our guests dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive forty-five minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time, and we can get the party started as scheduled.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The deadline is May 3rd 2023. You can either mail back the RSVP or do it online, whichever way is easiest for you!

What kind of food will be served at the reception? Will there be vegan/vegetarian options?

Answer

We will be having a pasta bar which includes three different pasta noodles and three different pasta sauces. Pasta Noodles- Fettuccine, Rigatoni, and Rotini (Gluten-Free) Pasta Sauces- Alfredo, Marinara*, and Meat Sauce *Vegan/Vegetarian option is any of the pasta noodles paired with marinara sauce. Please specify on your RSVP which pasta and sauce you and your family are wanting so that we can plan accordingly and not run out!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media. Our only requests are that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #KeepingUpWithTheKarns so that we can keep track of all your pictures. We also ask that you do NOT take any photos during the ceremony itself; our photographer has it handled!
