Welcome Party

Attire is Western Chic.

To kick off the weekend, please join us at Broad Axe Barn for cocktails and light bites. Devil’s Thumb Ranch sits at nearly 9,000 feet, so evenings can be crisp—please bring a jacket or wrap if you plan to enjoy the Colorado skies just outside the barn doors. We’d love for everyone to lean into an elevated western-inspired look for our welcome party. Think polished mountain-west style — stylish, relaxed, and fun. For the ladies: dresses or chic pant sets paired with boots and cowboy hats encouraged. For the gentlemen: jeans or khakis with a button-down, boots, and western accessories like bolo ties or hats are welcome. Cowboy boots and hats encouraged —bring your own or grab one from our hat wall! We look forward to celebrating Colorado style with you!

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire is formal (Black-Tie Optional).

Our ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres, a reception with a plated dinner, and an evening of dancing. For the gentlemen, a tuxedo or dark suit with a tie is appropriate. For the ladies, floor-length gowns, elegant midi dresses, or elevated cocktail attire are all perfect choices. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels polished, celebratory, and comfortable for an evening in the mountains of Tabernash. Please note: Mountain air after sunset will be brisk in October - a coat or shawl is encouraged.
