What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 3 pm. We recommend arriving 15 mins early, so that you can find a seat. If taking the shuttle, please arrive at the main hotel no later than 2:25 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available in the field after entering the driveway. There will be a shuttle from the hotel (Hampton Inn Shrewsbury) to the venue both before and after. Cars CANNOT be left overnight, please plan according.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Your Invitation will be made out to "Your Name" and "Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal / Cocktail attire.

For our special day, we have decided only children of immediate family will be in attendance.

Will the Ceremony or Reception be outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will take place outdoors, in the Grove. The Reception will be indoors.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We are staying at The Hampton Inn Shrewsbury on 1000 Far Hills Dr, New Freedom, PA. We do not have room blocks. There will be a shuttle to and from the venue and this hotel.
