Guest arrival is 3:30 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm so we kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything. This will give you time to park and find your seat before the ceremony.
The church is located in downtown Shepherdstown and does not have it's own parking lot. However, there are several parking lots in very close proximately (including Jefferson Security Bank across the street) and limited free street parking on weekends. Directly following the ceremony, guests will drive to the reception, which has plenty of free parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if needed. We encourage guests to Uber if drinking! Feel free to reach out to us if you have any specific questions about parking at either location.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up, while still being comfortable! We are requesting semi-formal attire and please no jeans. Spring pastels are encouraged! Feel free to change into comfy shoes at the reception for dancing!
While we adore all the little ones in our lives, this is an adults-only event! Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!
Due to limited availability, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on the website.
Yes! We will have beer and cocktail options! If you want something specific, you are welcome to bring your own as well!
