What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal attire to our special day. Please no jeans

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding day adults only

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving 30 minutes early. There will be a parking attendant readily available to assist once you arrive

Shuttle Information

Answer

The shuttle will arrive to the hotel at 3:45pm and will depart the hotel at 4:00pm. You can choose to drive to the venue, leave your car, and take the shuttle back to the hotel

Can I bring a plus one?

Each guest is allowed one plus one

Can I take photos?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during this special moment, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Our photographer will capture every special moment, and we will share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can continue our planning process accordingly. However, the deadline is July 1st. If we haven't received your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to assume you won't be attending

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! If you plan on drinking, please make sure to have your ID

What's on the menu?

We will be having the Rusty Rail Food Truck for our reception! The food options are: -Pork BBQ: House smoked pulled pork, sauced with Wolf King BBQ, served with homestyle slaw on a brioche bun -Brisket Melt: Signature smoked brisket, topped with melted provolone cheese, Single Jack beer cheese, caramelized ale onions, horsey mayo, and onion rings, on a brioche bun -Nashville Hot Chicken: Zesty brined chicken breast, fried and tossed in Nashville hot sauce, topped with bread and butter pickles, and garlic dill aioli, on a brioche bun -Vegetarian Gyro: Marinated chickpeas, spring mix, pickled red onions, roasted tomatoes, and cucumber street cart sauce in a toasted pita Each option comes with fries!
