When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st. This gives you time to secure a hotel if necessary and gives us time to send final numbers to our vendors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire/semi-formal. Bright, summertime colors and florals are encouraged! Please no jeans/denim.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation. Most are invited as a couple, but if you have received a plus one it will be specified when you go to your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Any children invited will be specified on your wedding invitation/online when you RSVP. We invite you to use this as a night out for yourself!

Will a babysitter be available for my children?

Answer

No, a babysitter will not be there to watch the children or take them somewhere else. We ask that you RSVP with ample time to make arrangements for child care.

Can I get you something not on your registry?

Answer

You could, but we promise you we have enough 'stuff' as is. We put a lot of thought behind selecting items that would complement what we already own.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. This means that once the ceremony begins, we ask you that you put your phones on silent and away, like if you were at the movies. We've hired amazing photography and videography teams and want them to be able to capture us and our people in the moment.

Can I take photos/videos during the reception?

Yes! We encourage it! We will have a QR code you can scan to share these moments with us on WediBox.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has on site parking with signs directing you where to go. If you are using Uber or Lyft, you can have them pull up to the front door to drop you off!

What does the food/drink situation look like?

Answer

We will have a buffet with both meat and vegetarian options. We will be serving champagne before the ceremony and signature cocktails, wine, and beer at the reception. Nonalcoholic beverages will also be available!

I have a food allergy - can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know about any food allergies when you RSVP! We want to accommodate you however we can. The menu will have a wide variety of options to be able to serve everyone.

Are we going to be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be a mix of both inside and outside.
