When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 31, 2026 so we can finalize our headcount and meal selections.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As the event is held in an operating museum, the staff will need time to prepare the space. We kindly ask that you arrive between 5:45-6:00 pm so we can ensure a timely start.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We 've tried our best to include everyone's significant others. If you have a plus-one, you'll see their name or a space for you to add their name listed with your party when you RSVP. If someone seems missing, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children are invited, you'll see them listed in your RSVP group. If we missed anyone, please let us know. If your child is under 2 and won't need a meal, or is between the ages of 2-12, please leave a note on your RSVP specifying this.

Is there transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

We won't be providing transportation, as the hotel is just a short walk from the venue. When you leave the hotel, turn left onto Market Street , then right onto 20th Street - the venue will be a few blocks up on the left. If you are driving, there's on-site parking available for $25.
