Dominick and I met one night at his fraternity party. I was in my first year of pharmacy school at Xavier College of Pharmacy and Dominick was in his second year of college at Southeastern Louisiana University. We began to talk and noticed that we had many things in common. We shared a tipsy kiss and our phone numbers. I knew from the first night that I was going to marry this man.

Dominick invited me to his fraternity event, The Rose Ball. There, we had our first dance to Tennessee Whiskey. At the end of the night, Dominick asked me to be his girlfriend. Of course I said yes!

On Christmas Day, Dominick invited both of our families to spend the day together. After opening presents, Dominick stood in front of the room and called me to the front. He got down on one knee and asked me, Madison Leigh, to marry him.
