Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Della Terra Mountain Chateau, 3501 Fall River Road, Estes Park, CO 80517.
Our ceremony begins at 3 in the afternoon. We kindly ask that you arrive a little early to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. Dinner jackets are encouraged! For women, floor length gowns are the best option, elegant cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are also appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress! If unsure, it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. Wear whatever color you like, but please no white. To ensure a festive and elegant atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing jeans or athleisure attire. Instead, please opt for formal outfits that reflect the special nature of the occasion. To keep our celebration intimate, we ask that only those specifically invited on the invitation attend. If you have a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invite. We look forward to celebrating together!
We love your kiddos! However, in order to create an intimate atmosphere, only children who are specifically invited on the invitation will be able to attend. If they are not named on the invitation or included in the total guest count on your RSVP, take this time for yourselves as a nice night out of the house. We will be having a buffet styled dinner. You will be able to pick and choose from a wide variety of options to accommodate your individual dietary needs.
Della Terra is a mountain venue, so there is no large parking lot, but instead many small parking lots along the driveway to the front of the venue. The driveway is uphill, but don't worry! The venue provides shuttles from every parking space to the main building both before the ceremony begins and after the reception ends. These shuttles only move from the front of the building to the end of the driveway, not all the way back to your hotels, so plan accordingly. Please note, the venue has mentioned there is limited/no uber in Estes Park!
We are planning to have to ceremony outdoors, unless there is extreme weather, by which the ceremony will be promptly moved indoors. The reception will be held inside. The ceremony will take place right outside of the reception hall at Della Terra. There will be standing heaters among the seating and blankets provided so you should be kept warm during the short amount of time you're outside!
We ask that all guests have sent in their RSVP by October 20. Whether you plan to attend or not, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know either way. This will help us with finalizing our plans. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate anyone who has not RSVP’d in advance.
