FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We politely request that you RSVP by January 5, 2026 as the reception will be a formal, seated dinner in which guests will be served. If you are not RSVP'd by the aforementioned date, you will automatically be marked as a "no" due to the timeframe we have to get a final guest count for our vendors.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry is strictly through Zola, please see the Registry tab. We have added a few activities for our honeymoon as items on our registry, should you wish to participate. We thought it would be a neat way for our guests to see what we have planned for our honeymoon.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least twenty minutes before the ceremony takes place so you have enough time to participate in our guest "book" and find your seat. Also, allow yourself extra time to find the venue. If possible, use Apple Maps since Google maps tends to take people to a non-residential location. (I know, we're Google Maps users ourselves). **Our street is technically "S Canyon Pl" but the street sign says "Canyon Place," (it didn't seem necessary to include the "South" on the sign, I guess). The GPS will try to take you to "S Canyon Rd," but "Canyon Place" is the correct street.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The Fairfield Inn & Suites off of Panorama Blvd is just a 5 minute drive from the venue or Home2 Suites, which is right off of Highway 54 and a 10 minute drive to the venue. Reach out to Maddi or Corey for a link to a discount code for guests. Also, with having White Sands National Park and many other tourist areas close by, there are many Airbnb options in Alamogordo, Cloudcroft and Ruidoso.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Believe it or not, yes! Our property is on three acres of land and there will parking attendants to assist.

Question

Will this be an Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

YES! While we love capturing the moment, we love being present IN the moment. We've hired an amazing photographer to capture every perfect moment so you can be present with us. So please, silence your phones and no pictures until after the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to have your friend or loved one come along, this is a private estate wedding with limited space, so unfortunately, we cannot have any plus ones.
