Wedding Party

Get to know our family and friends who will be walking down the aisle with us!

Katelyn Hanson

Maid of Honor

In 2005, my family moved from California to Fort Collins, Colorado (best decision ever). We settled in a neighborhood called Registry Ridge, and that’s where I met my best friend, Madison. Madison lived just down the street, and though I was a shy 5-year-old, she was determined to make me her friend. It didn’t take long for her to crack my shell, and from then on, we had a childhood straight out of a movie. Whether it was singing our original songs on the bus, summer pool days, trampoline jumping, or causing mischief to scare our parents, we were inseparable. Our perfect little world hit pause when Madison moved to Singapore, but distance couldn’t break us. We stayed connected through hours of Skype calls, sharing everything and anything. As we grew older, we never let time or distance drive a wedge between us. No matter how long it’d been—whether a week or a year—whenever we reunited, it was like no time had passed at all. When Madison moved back to the States, I was over the moon. I’ll always remember my favorite Fourth of July when I visited her and Coleman in San Diego. When Madison asked me to be her Maid of Honor, I was beyond honored and filled with so much joy. I can't wait to stand by her side as she marries the love of her life.  19 years of laughter, love, and an unbreakable sisterhood—here’s to many more!

Matthew Hvidsten

Best Man

Coleman and I met back in 2018 at our first duty station in Japan together. Our friendship sparked for our shared interested in Japanese sports cars, and this may come as a surprise - but also our shared love for the gym. I know I know that sounds a tad crazy once you start analyzing Coleman’s physique, but it’s true that man does love moving some weight around in the gym. Since the birth of our bestfriendship we have traveled the world together, places like South Korea, The Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore (during our port call in Singapore he ditched the boys to go on a date with SoME GiRl (Madison)…who would’ve thought the end result of that date…), Malaysia and Hong Kong. After our many years of working and traveling we finally were able to return back to the States. Since our return, Coleman and Madison have been quite involved in not only my life, but my family’s as well. We love spending our summers on the lake in Havasu and eventually when we’re both out of the Navy, we can finally live close to each other permanently. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and watching these two tie the knot!!

Jennifer Kim

Bridesmaid

Maddie and I first met a few months after I moved back to Singapore during Covid in 2020 — I started horseback-riding again at my old stables, BTSC, where Maddie had become an instructor, and though she initially wasn’t my biggest fan (so rude), I soon convinced her that we were destined to be friends. I’ll always remember how much fun we had at BTSC and beyond while we both lived in Singapore — riding ponies, competing together, sun-tanning, going out, and always sharing a laugh. I’m so grateful that our friendship has now seen us in not only Singapore, but also Hawaii, Italy, and San Diego. From planning logistics to driving up Hawaiian volcanos, to stuffing our faces with Roman pizza and catching up over the phone, I love that Maddie and I can always count on each other to make the absolute most out of whatever time we have to hang out. I’m so excited for Maddie’s next chapter of life with Coleman and cannot wait to be there and watch the two tie the knot!

Groomsman

I met Coleman through bootcamp. We spent basically the first 5 years of the Navy together. But we definitely got closer once we moved to San Diego. After training there I somehow talked him into coming to Japan and I’m glad I did because that’s where we got to spend the most time of our time together. Tokyo trips, working on cars and deployment was some of the best times I’ve had in the Navy. I was bummed we couldn’t be stationed closer together when we left Japan.

Olivia Ross

Bridesmaid

I met Madison when we both started our pre requisite classes for the Vet Tech program. I like to believe that I was the one to instigate the friendship but the story differs depending on who you ask. My first impression of Madison was a quick wave of comfort knowing there was another girl around the same age as me in class, with tones of intimidation due to her subtle RBF. Having our friendship grow and move out of College is a blessing in disguise in my opinion, I would’ve been bored out of my mind. I’m honored that Madison chose me as a bridesmaid considering how often I’d leave her messages on read or be inappropriately late to hanging out with her. For the seemingly quick amount of time that I’ve know Madison it feels like forever and like I’m just now meeting a friend from the past. Who knows maybe we were old ladies that bickered and gossiped together in a past life.

Jackson Nieporte

Groomsman

I have known Coleman basically my whole life or at least the parts that matter. Whether it was making trouble in church, terrorizing the neighborhood on four wheelers or shooting each other with airsoft guns he was always there with me. He is the type of friend where we won’t see each other for months and then when we are together it’s like no time has past at all. Now that he is no longer in Japan we have been about to see each other more frequently and I have had the pleasure of meeting Madison a couple times as well. I can’t wait for be there for their big day.

Leland Krallis

Bridesmaid

When I first met Madison, I thought, “Wow, why is she dating my brother?” But then I saw how happy they make each other and I couldn’t imagine them with anyone else. I didn’t think I could be so excited to have yet another sister, but Madison is nothing but enjoyable to be around and you can always count on her to give the advice you don’t want to hear but need. I’m so happy she gets to join our chaotic family for life!! Also, she loves silent car rides and trivia games!!

Anthony Adams

Groomsman

History began on May 25 2023 everything else before that is a mistake. I met the krallis’s in lake Havasu on a bender with the boys. Little did I know then how my life will forever soon be changed as Coleman heroically saved my life. I digress, Ever since that day I’ve been thankful to call him a dear friend and continue to have many laughs and memories to come. I am honored to be asked to be a groomsman on their most important day and can’t wait to see what these two have coming in the years to come.

Claire Krallis

Bridesmaid

Hi I’m Claire! I know Madison because she is marrying my older brother Coleman. Maddie has been apart of our family for what seems like forever now! I love her so much she has truly become a sister to me and I’m so happy and excited for Maddie and Coleman to get married!!

Brian Krallis

Officiant

I want to share just how deeply honored I am to stand with them—not only as a father and future father-in-law—but as the one they've chosen to officiate their wedding. When they asked me, I was overwhelmed with emotion. To be part of this sacred moment in such a personal way is one of the greatest privileges of my life. It’s not something I take lightly, and it speaks volumes about the trust, love, and connection we share.  After all, Coleman left Madison and I to suffer through Covid together and potentially live or die… Watching their relationship grow has been a joy—full of laughter, support, and genuine partnership. Seeing the way they care for one another, the way they lift each other up, and the life they are building together fills my heart with pride and hope for the future. My personal favorite is watching Madison check Coleman in a way his Mother and I never could, that’s true love.   To all of you who will come to witness and celebrate their love—thank you. It means the world to them, and to all of us who love them. I can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you all, and to help usher them into this next beautiful chapter of their lives—together.
