When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can but no later than 11/1/2022.

Are children allowed?

Answer

No. Please do not bring any children under the age of 16 to our wedding. For the enjoyment of all guests, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:15pm so that you may be seated by 4:30pm when the ceremony begins.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear Semi Formal attire! Men: Button down shirts and slacks requested (coats and ties optional) Women: Dresses, Rompers, Dressy skirt + Top, dress pants, etc (don't forget your coats!)

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be transportation provided between the hotel and the venue round trip throughout the night. The shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel starting at 3:30pm and run all night until 10:00pm (the last shuttle will leave the venue at approximately 10:00pm).

Can I bring more people than are listed under my RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you keep your RSVP to the number of guests listed under your name. (Please do not bring any children under the age of 16). If you have any questions about who you can bring to our wedding, please contact the groom at 602-376-1540.

Are Uber or Lyft available in this area?

Answer

Yes! Uber and Lyft are available in the area of the venue. If you're not using transportation between the venue and the hotel, rideshare is strongly encouraged. The venue does allow overnight parking - cars will need to be picked up between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM the next day. Please do not drink and drive!

Do I need to pay for drinks at the venue?

Answer

No! We will have an open bar for the duration of the wedding (opens after the ceremony). The bar will have beer, wine, and liquor!

What is the bride and groom's availability?

Answer

While we both live here in Phoenix, we will be available for the wedding weekend 11/30/22-12/4/22 if you would like to see us any time outside of the scheduled events (please check Schedule tab)! We will be leaving for our honeymoon Sunday night, 12/4/22. To check our availability during those dates, please reach out to the bride or groom!
