Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In keeping with the formality of our celebration, we ask that only those whose names are on the invitation join us for the occasion. If you received a plus-one, their name will be listed on your invitation.

What should I wear? / Is there a dress code?

Answer

We look forward to celebrating with you and kindly invite guests to dress in formal attire, with an emphasis on elegance and modesty. Ladies Long dresses or similarly elegant attire are most appropriate. We kindly ask that short dresses or revealing styles, as well as casual pieces such as denim or denim jackets, not be worn. Wedges, block heels, or flats are recommended due to the terrain; please avoid tennis shoes. Gentlemen A suit and tie, or a coat and tie with slacks, is most appropriate. Lighter fabrics are welcome in warm weather. Jackets may be removed as needed; however, we kindly ask that attire remain polished and that denim, denim jackets, tennis shoes, and casual footwear not be worn. We included color palette suggestions on the invitation insert. Black is always timeless and is perfectly suitable, as are the colors suggested. Will food/drinks be provided?

Answer

Appetizers and beverages will be served immediately after the ceremony. Dinner will be served after appetizer hour.

Will you be offering allergy friendly options for appetizers and dinner?

Answer

We will have a few allergy-friendly options available. The menu at the serving table will indicate those options, and our catering team will gladly help with any questions.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late August in Santa Paula, California is typically warm and sunny, with a mild cool-down after sunset. A light wrap may be comfortable for the evening.

Can I take photos or use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and tucked away during the ceremony. We hope that everyone can be fully present and share in the moment without distractions. You are welcome to use them again once the ceremony has concluded.

Should I RSVP a certain way?

Answer

You can submit your RSVP directly through our Zola website. You can find the website through the QR code or the website link on the back of our formal invitation. Once you are on Zola, find the RSVP section, and follow the prompts to let us know if you’ll be joining us. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot on the property that can comfortably hold all of our guests’ cars. Parking will be easy and convenient, so no need to worry about finding a spot. Our guests, who need extra assistance, may be dropped off at circular drive at the front of the venue for their convenience.
