What is the dress code?

We’re going semi-formal, but make it bright and colorful! Think bold florals, dapper suits, twirl-worthy dresses, or anything that makes you feel fabulous and festive. If you show up in beige, we will find you and put a feather boa on you. 💃🌈

This is a bright and colorful celebration! If black is your happy place, we won’t stop you, but consider adding a pop of color—fun shoes, bold accessories, or at least a wildly enthusiastic dance move to balance it out.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?
Answer
If your wedding invitation says “and Guest,” then yes—your plus one is officially on the list! If not, we love you, but this is a carefully curated guest list. So unless your plus one is Beyoncé, we kindly ask you to roll solo and get ready to party with an amazing crowd!

Are children invited?
Answer
Yes! Kiddos are welcome to join the fun. Just know that there will be music, dancing, and plenty of sugar—so if they hit the dance floor at full speed, we can’t be held responsible.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This ensures you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we begin. We appreciate your punctuality!

What if I didn't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you miss the June 15, 2025 deadline, we may not be able to accommodate you. We have a very tight guest list, and final numbers need to be confirmed for the venue and catering. But don't panic—reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to work something out!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
We’re expecting beautiful summer weather at Mount Rose on July 26, 2025! While the valley will be warm, Mount Rose’s higher elevation will keep things a bit cooler—think mid-70s to low 80s°F during the day, with a lovely crisp evening. We can’t promise sunshine all day (though we’re hoping for it!), but it’s always a good idea to bring a light jacket for when the sun sets.

Yes! There will be an open bar, complete with chambongs for those who want to celebrate in style. 🥂 But please, drink responsibly—we want everyone to enjoy the party and remember the fun!

Is there a hotel block for the wedding?
Answer
We’ve opted not to arrange a hotel block for this wedding, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with some great lodging options! Many of our family and friends are booking Airbnbs and VRBOs in Incline Village for a cozy stay. If you’re looking for hotels, there are a couple of great options nearby: the Incline Lodge and the Hyatt. For more choices, you’ll find other towns and cities just 30 minutes away, including Tahoe City, Truckee, and Reno. There’s plenty of room to find a place that fits your needs and keeps you close to the action!

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
We don’t have a traditional gift registry, but we’ve set up a honeymoon fund! Since we travel for work and have to keep things light, we’re focusing on experiences rather than physical gifts. If you'd like to contribute to our dream honeymoon, we’d be so grateful!
