Where will the ceremony be held?

The ceremony will take place on the beachfront along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. For the comfort of our guests, convenient parking will be available just prior to the beach access! Address: 2396 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550

Where will the reception be held?

Answer

The reception will be held aboard the SunQuest Solaris Yacht, departing from Baytowne Marina at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. The Solaris is docked at the Baytowne Marina inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! Address to the Baytowne Marina: 8330 Mike Hayes Dr. Miramar Beach, FL 32550 Once you pass the front gate, take your first right and continue to the roundabout. Take the second exit, turning left onto Baytowne Avenue. Look for the Baytowne Marina sign on the left. Turn left at the sign into the parking lot. Parking at the resort is limited and there are two parking options!

We recommend staying at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort or nearby accommodations in Miramar Beach. If booking at Sandestin, be sure to use our wedding discount code!

What can we expect aboard the Solaris Yacht?

Answer

The SunQuest Solaris Yacht offers three levels of indoor and outdoor spaces, including climate-controlled dining rooms with panoramic windows and an open-air sky deck overlooking the water. Guests will be welcomed aboard for a formal seated lunch, music, and a joyful celebration as we cruise together! Please note that the yacht will depart promptly at 11:00 a.m.; once underway, boarding will no longer be possible. We kindly encourage guests to arrive early to allow sufficient time for boarding! At the conclusion of the cruise, guests will be invited to join us for a festive send-off as we disembark!

Can I bring a plus one?

To keep our celebration intimate, we can only accommodate guests formally listed on the wedding invitation unless previously stated otherwise!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 28, 2026—one month before the big day! Guests are kindly asked to select their meal preference at the time of RSVP!

What if the weather changes?

Answer

We have a plan in place for inclement weather. If necessary, the ceremony will be moved aboard the SunQuest Solaris Yacht, and we will communicate any updates accordingly!

Can I take photos?

Answer

To help everyone stay present and enjoy the moment with us, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and allow our photographer to capture each special moment. Once we move into the reception, please feel free to snap and share to your heart’s content! After we receive our professional photos, everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy and receive them as well!
