Our wedding style is semi-formal with a touch of rustic elegance. Think dressy, but comfortable for an outdoor celebration! Since the ceremony begins at 4 PM in June in Arizona, it will likely be warm, so we recommend lightweight, breathable fabrics. For women, sundresses, midi/maxi dresses, or dressy separates are perfect. For men, slacks with a button-down shirt or a suit (tie optional) work great. The venue features lush grass and a rustic ranch setting, so feel free to lean into the vibe—boots are absolutely welcome! You may also want to avoid very high heels and opt for wedges, block heels, or flats for walking on grass. Most importantly, come dressed in a way that makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate!
Since our ceremony begins at 4 PM, it will still be warm, but temperatures tend to cool off a bit as the evening goes on—so you may want to bring a light layer for later in the night. We recommend staying hydrated, wearing breathable fabrics, and bringing sunglasses if you’d like. Most importantly, get ready for a gorgeous Arizona sunset and a perfect evening to celebrate!
Yes, absolutely! The lush oak trees provide plenty of shade in the ceremony space.
Absolutely—come hungry, thirsty, and ready to celebrate! We’ll have water available at the ceremony to keep everyone cool. Afterward, enjoy cocktail hour with light appetizers while we kick off the festivities. Dinner will be served buffet-style and will feature locally sourced tri-tip and chicken with a delicious Southern barbecue twist. We’ll also have an open bar for you to enjoy! While drinks are on us, feel free to bring some cash if you’d like to tip our wonderful bartender. There will be plenty of good food, great company, and a dance floor waiting—so come ready for a full night of celebrating! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. This means we invite you to put away your phones and cameras and be fully present with us in the moment. We’ve chosen an amazing photographer to capture every detail, and the greatest gift you can give us is your presence—not your phone screen. It means so much to look out and see the faces of the people we love, fully sharing in this moment. Feel free to snap all the photos you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception—we can’t wait to see the memories you capture!
