By when should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than August 8, 2025 using the QR on your formal invitation or completing and mailing back your response. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
At an effort to keep our day intimate, we are only accommodating those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your wedding invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have decided to keep our day adults only! We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself to celebrate with us.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have a block of 10 rooms for Thursday night and 20 rooms for Friday night at the Double Tree located in Willow Street, ~15 minutes from our venue! Please refer to our TRAVEL page on our website for more information.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our families and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is semi-formal, jacket required for male identifying and, preferably, T-length/full length dresses/skirt for female identifying (cocktail length acceptable). Please no jeans.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Because our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend arriving to the venue by 4:30pm to ensure you have time to socialize and be seated on time.

Where do I park?
Answer
There is plenty of parking on-site at our venue to accommodate all of our guests! Along with parking, there will be a parking attendant to help direct traffic. For our guests staying at the Double Tree, we will have one 15-person shuttle making trips to our venue. If you would like to use the shuttle service as transportation to and from our venue, please respond as such on your RSVP. The number of guests using the shuttle will influence when we will start running the shuttle. More details on timeline to come!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are hoping for an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our incredible photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!
