Just minutes from Aldie Mansion, the Mercer Museum offers a unique glimpse into Doylestown’s history. Built by Henry Mercer—an archaeologist, collector, and tile-maker who also designed Aldie Mansion—this striking concrete castle houses six floors of pre-Industrial Revolution artifacts, from everyday tools to a suspended whale boat.
