Book Accommodations ASAP and General Info

Our wedding will be in our friends' backyard in Leavenworth, WA! We can't wait to share this special place with you. There are things to consider when traveling to Leavenworth in the fall. Cost: Leavenworth can be pricey, especially in the fall. Tourists come from all over the world to experience this place. If you need suggestions for accommodations in the area and surrounding towns, or if you're open to sharing space with others, let Bailey and I know and we can link you with others trying to do the same. Timeline: Fall festivities and tourists' plans in Leavenworth are often solidified by the summer. It is best to book a place to stay ASAP to beat the spring and summer rush of tourists. Weather: Weather can be variable in October in this small mountain town. Be sure to come prepared for anything. Generally speaking, it is in the 60s-70s F during the day and 40s-50s at night. Rain is possible as well. Come prepared for the elements (including sunscreen) and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Flights: It will be easiest to fly into Seattle, WA. You can either drive or take the train into Leavenworth (about 2 hours).
