The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location of 4848 E Valley Springs Rd, Spokane, WA 99217 (Beacon Hill Events) This will be an outdoor wedding, please consider the Spokane weather. Guests will need to coordinate their own transportation and stay, travel suggestions are listed under the travel tab. Plenty of parking will be available for those driving, please keep in mind no cars will be allowed overnight at venue.

Ceremony information

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that no photos or cell phones be used during the ceremony. Professional photos will be shared with you after the wedding. Thank you for understanding and being present with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. No late arrivals will be admitted. We recommend planning your commute or rideshare early. Please arrive at the venue by 4:30 pm to allow yourself time to find your seats.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to have our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code is formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, while ladies can opt for midi to full-length dresses. Although not required, we would love to see you in dark fall colors for this autumn wedding. Please note the wedding will be outdoors with grass.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate extra guests beyond those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Food and Drinks?

Answer

There will be light Hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour. A full dinner will be provided with starters, sides, and an entree. Many non-alcoholic drinks will be available, including coffee, iced tea, and lemonades. Open bar will include wine, beer, seltzers, and a signature cocktail. majority of food selected is gluten free, with some dairy free and vegetarian options please note the facility uses nuts

We are honored to have you join us for our special day. Your love and support are all we ask for. If you are considering a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for monetary contributions towards our honeymoon and to start our married life together.
