Parking at Flying Diamond is limited, so we encourage our guests to take advantage of the provided transportation shuttles. Shuttles will pickup at 4pm from Gondola Transit Center (base of the mountain) and drop off at Flying Diamond Ranch (wedding venue) There will be looping return shuttles from 9pm-12am

Steamboat Springs sits at an altitude of approximately 6,700 feet above sea level. While the breathtaking views and crisp mountain air are part of what makes this area so special, it's important to be mindful of the altitude. We recommend to stay hydrated!

The ceremony and cocktail hour, weather permitting, will be held within the beauty of the outdoors. The reception will be held inside a tent.
