WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CERMEONY?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes before. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat and get settled! Also, please note that hotel check-in time is at 4:00 PM for the hotel blocks, so if you're coming for just Saturday night, please keep this in mind when planning your arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is formal cocktail attire. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, flip-flops, or shorts. For the ladies, think cocktail dresses, midi, or floor-length dresses. For the gentlemen, a suit or dress pants with a button-down and blazer is perfect. Dress to impress, but most importantly, wear something you feel great in and are ready to celebrate with us!

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle available to safely take guests back to our hotel blocks after the reception. Shuttles will run at 9:15 PM, 10:00 PM, 10:45 PM and 11:30 PM, making stops at: Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Holland Tulyp Hotel Downtown Holland Tru by Hilton You're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight at the venue if needed. We want everyone to have fun and get back safely!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved three hotel blocks for our guests at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Holland, the Tulyp Hilton Downtown Holland, and Tru by Hilton Holland. For booking details, special rates, and reservation deadlines, please visit our Accommodations page.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you have been given a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate, celebrating with our closest family and friends.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We want you to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding, and we appreciate you making arrangements in advance.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place indoors, so no need to worry about the summer heat! Enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned celebration as we say "I do" and dance the night away.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please be sure to specify any dietary restrictions on your RSVP when selecting your meal, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
