Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP for our rehearsal dinner and/or our wedding by no later than August 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Where are you registered?
Answer
We are honored that you want to support us as newlyweds! If you would like to send us something, we have set up a registry and two cash funds (one for our honeymoon and one for our next home together). You can find both funds by clicking on "Registry" at the top of this page.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the ceremony by 5:00 pm EST so that you are on time for our nuptials which will begin at 5:30 EST.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire! Think knee-length, tea-length, or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits + ties.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our wedding is by invitation only. All guests and plus ones will be specified on the envelope containing our wedding invitations.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
This is an adults-only affair! To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children at our ceremony or reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, we have blocked off rooms at a few different hotels in downtown Louisville/NULU. Use the "Travel" tab of our website to view our group rates & room options at each hotel and book your stay for the weekend. NOTE: There is a large music festival happening in Louisville on the same weekend as our wedding. The links do not guarantee room availability, only our discounted group rate. As soon as you know your travel plans, please book your rooms ASAP because hotels will increase prices to the public and fill up quickly for that weekend!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

The food served at our wedding will be catered by MozzaPi. Please text Madison (859) 396-0482 or Kyle (502) 592-3055 if you have any specific food allergies that we can pass along to our caterer.

Is there parking for the wedding?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Germantown Gables (986 Swan Street, Louisville, KY). There is ample FREE street parking along Swan St, Kentucky St, Highland Ave, Logan St, and E Saint Catherine St. Please be courteous of the venue's neighbors by not blocking sidewalks, driveways, or business entrances. There is a small parking lot for guests located just behind the venue at 915 E Kentucky Street. There is NO overnight parking in this lot. If you plan to leave your car overnight, please park on one of the side streets.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Since there is a large music festival happening in Louisville the same weekend as our wedding, there will likely be a bit more traffic in the city than normal. We recommend carpooling & using Uber/Lyft to get to and from the hotels to the ceremony.

Are there any other events happening during your wedding weekend?
Answer
We would love to meet up with everyone at one of our favorite spots in NULU the night before the wedding to get the party started! More details coming soon.
