How do I RSVP?

Are children invited to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Respectfully, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only event, unless specified on your formal invitation. We hope that you are still able to celebrate with us on our big day!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

You may bring a +1 only if stated on your personal invitation. While we’d love to have everyones guests attend, we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding our wishes.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have decided to use a discounted rate format rather than block rooms. To reserve your rooms at the discounted rate please call Northern Quest Resort & Casino and state that you are with the "Stewart-Ruhlman Wedding" or ID#26407 when booking. The discounted rate will only be honored for reservations made over the phone. To book please call (866) 298-1941.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be at the Kalispel Golf and Country Club with the reception immediately following at the same location.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, shuttle services will be provided to and from the resort/casino to the venue and back, times TBD. The shuttle service will only be available for those staying at the resort.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy lawn - ladies please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. The reception will be held in a large event tent outdoors with paved concrete flooring.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest we have created an online registry that you can access at the ‘registry’ tab of our website.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony and reception/post on social media?

Answer

We ask that no pictures be taken during the ceremony (we have a GREAT photographer!), however, once the ceremony is over feel free to help us capture all the special moments!
