We kindly ask that you respond to your invitation by April 30, 2026.
Our bridesmaids will be wearing sage green and our groomsmen will be wearing navy blue.
We ask that you dress in cocktail attire. Gentlemen, we suggest a suit with tie. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates are appropriate. The ceremony will take place on grass, so please keep this in mind when choosing footwear. As with any Colorado day, the weather can be unpredictable, layers or wraps are encouraged for comfort. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream.
We adore your children, but due to restrictions at our venue, we cannot accommodate individuals under 18, with the exception of our flower girl. Thank you for understanding as we create an intimate atmosphere for our evening together.
Late July in Estes Park is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures averaging in the 70s to low 80s°F, and cooler evenings that can dip into the 50s°F. The mountain air is crisp and refreshing, and afternoon showers are common—often passing quickly and leaving behind the most beautiful golden light.
Our venue offers limited parking, with space for approximately 33 vehicles. We kindly encourage guests to carpool, when possible. If our venue parking is full, additional parking will be available close by for your convenience.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by an intimate indoor reception.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.
We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Please feel free to take as many photos as you want after the ceremony.
