Where to RSVP?
Answer
An RSVP tab will be added to the website and will go live once invitations are sent out in June. The link to the website will also be included in your invitation so you can easily RSVP online.

Please kindly RSVP by September 7, 2026, or as soon as you know your plans. Thank you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal -think colorful and fun with a touch of Western flair and mountain spirit! Please note it's Colorado Mountains in October, so weather can change quickly. PLEASE WEAR CLOSED TOED SHOES FOR CEREMONY, there is a bit of a walk to outdoor chapel :)

What if I have dietary accomodations?

Please let us know if you have any other specific dietary accommodations, we will have gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options.

What food and drinks will be served?
Answer
We will have an open bar with non-alcohol drink options, with cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner. With a fun surprise for dessert :)

Are hotel rooms available?
Answer
Yes, please see hotel recommendations and block information on the Travel page. Additional hotels, VRBO's and Airbnb's are also available in Boulder and the surrounding area.

When do we need to book a hotel room?
Answer
ASAP! There is a CU football game this weekend, so think early for your stay accommodations because it's likely hotels/accommodations will book up early.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking lots at both ceremony and reception locations. Out of respect, we kindly ask there is no drinking and driving, so be sure to have a designated driver if you choose to drive. Keep in mind there are mountain roads. We have shuttle options for all :)

Will there be shuttles available?
Answer
Yes! We will have multiple shuttles and pick-up/drop-off locations. Safety and fun go together. Shuttle availability and exact routes will be posted soon.

Can we bring our children?
Answer
We love kiddos! Please bring your babies and children if their names are noted on the invitations! There will not be a separate area for childcare.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we are not able to accommodate plus ones for additional guests beyond those named on the invitations. If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, then you are welcome to bring a plus one.

Is there rideshare available?
Answer
The wedding venue and reception locations do NOT have rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft to and from Boulder/Westminster, due to how far up in the mountains they are! There are rideshare options for you to take to the shuttle pickup locations (to be posted). The shuttles are the preferred options for guests to take advantage of!
