To give yourself ample time to be seated, arriving between 3:30PM and 3:45PM is suggested.
As much as we would love to have tons and tons of people at our wedding to celebrate with us, we unfortunately are only able to accommodate for a certain number of guests. Therefore, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one or have multiple people in your family that were invited, their name(s) or the word " guest" will appear under your name when you RSVP. We have opted to allow only the attendance of the children of our siblings, parents siblings, and bridal party if they so choose. We would love having all of the little ones around, but for the sake of a max guest count, we have to do some limiting. However, wedding planning is ALOT, and we very well could have made a mistake somewhere in the invite process. That being said, if you have any questions/issues regarding this topic, please give either of us a call or text. We can and will accommodate to the best of our ability, but we have very little wiggle room when it comes to the guest count. Thank you all so much for your understanding. - R&M
- There is plenty of parking at our amazing venue. - If needed, you are allowed to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. It is heavily encouraged, if you choose to drink at the reception. Uber/ Lyft services will pick up at the venue if need be. We want every single of one our guests to have a great night and to make it home safely.
There are handicap parking spots available and a golf cart also available to transport any guest who may have issues with mobility.
Please do not take any pictures during the ceremony as there is a lovely professional photographer who will be capturing this special occurrence. In order for photos to look the best, it is preferred that cellphones/ other cameras not be seen in them. Take the time to be fully in the moment with us. During cocktail hour/ reception it is encouraged to take lots and lots of pictures to capture every fun and exciting moment of celebration (and make sure to send them to us lol)
