We are looking forward to an intimate wedding and celebrating with those we know and love. We are keeping the guest list small and look forward to celebrating with our closest loved ones. No plus ones.
We are having an alcohol-free wedding. A variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening. We look forward to this sober celebration with you!
We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. We want out photographer to get the most authentic pictures of this special moment, we will be so happy to share them with you afterwards! Feel free to take photos throughout the rest of the night and enjoy our photobooth with prints and digital downloads!
Our venue-- The Old Homestead-- has a huge parking lot with plenty of space for guests.
Our wedding will be outdoors. October weather can be challenging to predict! While we are hoping for the perfect weather, we do encourage guests to bring a second layer since our venue is so close to the water. There is a paved walkway to the grassy area where our ceremony will be held and the dance floor. There is also a large patio area and sunroom to enjoy during the reception.
The Bay Area is such a unique place with plenty to do during your visit. We recommend taking advantage of the breathtaking ocean views in San Francisco-- stop at Pier 39 to watch the seals and get some clam chowder in a Boudin bread bowl. If you love science, you'll be in for a jaw-dropping day at the California Academy of Sciences. If you love art, the world-renowned deYoung Museum will take your breath away. No matter what you decide to do in San Francisco, you must end your night at Ghirardelli Square with some hot fudge sundaes! Another must see location is the Berkeley Rose Garden. Even when not at their peak, the flora here is spectacular and features a small walking trail under tall trees. Then, you can shop through Berkeley's eclectic shops and try almost any cuisine you can think of.
We are having a semi-formal wedding. We can't wait to see your cocktail dresses and dressy separates, or your dress shirt and tie!
