No, US dollars are welcome and accepted form of currency. No need to change to pesos. Debit and credit cards are able to be used at the resort as well. It may be a good idea to inform your bank that you might be making purchases outside of the country so they don't block your purchases.
In July, Costa Mujeres temporales range from an average high of 90 degrees, and a low of 75 degrees during the day. Average temperatures at night range from 80-85 degrees. Humidity can be high during July so it may feel warmer.

Yes, if you have an apple device you will be able to call, text, and FaceTime per usual. We will be creating a Whats App group upon arrival to the resort to update guests on times of events and where everyone is hanging out that day.
No, Mexico uses the same outlets as we do.
It is advised to only drink water from a water bottle while in Mexico. The ice at the resort is made from bottled water.
You do not have to but it is advised to bring an insulated cup (think yeti type cups about 20-40 oz) to get your drinks refilled during your stay. They will stay much colder this way and you will be able to pack this cup in your suitcase. They do provide plastic cups if you forget.
Yes, there is but it is expensive. Make a packing list and try to make sure you remember everything. But no worries if you forget there is a store.
You are given a bracelet at check in that stays on your wrist through the duration of your stay. This bracelet acts as your key.
There are a large variety of pools and they are all salt water pools.
-Pack light weight clothing, plenty of swimsuits, and lots of sunscreen! -Men: make sure to bring closed-toe shoes and short sleeve collard shirts for the restaurants. -leave your towels at home, the resort will have plenty of beach and bath towels.
Gifts are not necessary. We know we are asking a lot of you to just join us for our wedding at the resort. However, for friends and family that have expressed interest we did create a registry but please do not feel obligated. Your presence is more than enough!
