Our bridal party will be wearing black, and if you’d like, feel free to choose other colors to complement their look. For guests, western formal attire includes polished cowboy boots, nice jeans, button-down shirts, or more traditional formalwear if you prefer. We recommend dressing comfortably yet stylishly for our outdoor celebration. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so we kindly suggest selecting footwear suitable for walking on an outdoor surface.

We will provide a posted taxi company number at the hotel and venue for your convenience. Guests are welcome to arrange rides as needed.
We have a hotel block reserved, with details outlined on the Accommodations tab of our website. In addition, there are several local Airbnb options which can be found by searching on Airbnb. We will allow some camper trailers on-site for an overnight stay after the wedding. Please reach out to either Jared or Madi if you intend to bring a camper. We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged, meaning no photos or videos from guests during the service. This allows everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment. Our professional photographer will capture all the special memories, and we’ll be happy to share the photos with you afterward!
