Is there a hotel block? Where should I stay?

Answer

No, but the closest hotels within walking distance would be Surf & Sand Hotel, Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach, Hilton Pensacola Beach, and Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach (an IHG hotel). Other hotels that are a little further of a walk or short drive include Paradise Inn, Pensacola Beach Resort, Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield, Beach Club, Soundside Holiday Beach Resort, and Springhill Suites We also recommend looking at Airbnb, Vrbo, and Paradise Beach homes. If you have a vehicle, there are also several affordable options off the island in Pensacola!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:00-5:15pm. The ceremony will start at 5:30. Once the procession starts, you will be held at the door until the bride is at the altar.

Answer

Due to vendor constraints and timelines, we ask that you please RSVP by February 1st, 2025.

Due to venue and vendor constraints, only the names listed on your invitation/RSVP portal are reserved in your honor.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but the venue has a very large free public parking lot.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, there is a registry on this website and Amazon which is also linked to the Zola Registry. https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/madisonandjacobdean If you would prefer to bring a card or gift in person, there will be a gift table at the venue. Gifts are always welcome, but never expected! Your presence is a present enough :)

No, the ceremony will be on an outdoor balcony looking out at the beach.

Are there stairs?

Answer

Yes, the venue is on the 3rd floor. However, there is an elevator with a passcode that we will post closer to the event.
