FAQs

Question

When and how do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday April 25, 2026. There is a QR code included in your invitation that leads your directly to the RSVP page of this site. You can visit that page manually as well; please reach out to Madi if you have any issues or questions about your RSVP (307-258-2013).

Question

As a guest, what should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal (or Wyoming formal as Madi likes to call it) is good enough for us. One small request: please avoid wearing a navy blue, purple, or gold ensemble, as these colors are reserved for important members of our family and friends. This is not an extravagant endeavor, and we're just happy that you're a part of it! And do consider packing some simple layers...May in Wyoming can still be chilly.

Question

Are children welcome at the ceremony or the reception?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you and your little ones to join us for both the ceremony and reception. We wouldn’t want you to miss celebrating with us! Feel free to bring along any toys or comfort items that help your kiddos have a fun evening. We’ll also have a special table set up with activities just for them during the reception. Please be sure to include how many of your children will be attending when you RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Out of respect for our vendors and the venue space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I use my personal phone or camera to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony; we kindly ask that you refrain from using your personal devices to take photos or videos during our ceremony because we have a fantastic photographer lined up to capture the whole day! Our preference would be that all devices are turned to silent or off completely until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

What time should guests arrive/depart?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive to the venue no earlier than 3:30PM and are seated no later than 4:15 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. The reception will conclude at 10:30 PM.

Question

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

YES! We will have a large spread of BBQ favs! With some dietary restrictions already in play, there will be a few accommodations taking place but if you have specific questions or concerns, please include that information in your RSVP. There will also be a cash bar, on-site, available to guests starting at cocktail hour!

Question

Where can travelling friends and family stay?

Answer

There are many hotels & Airbnb's in Casper. We've listed some options on our "Travel" page, including room block information.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue for your convenience. The entire lot is level and there are no stairs at the venue for ease and accessibility.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are staying hopeful for an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception! However, if Wyoming weather changes its mind we will hold the ceremony indoors.

Question

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

There are no designated sides, so please find a seat wherever you'd like! The only exception is the front row - this will be saved for immediate family like our parents and grandparents. Everything else is available for your choosing!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! If you do wish to give something, please see our "Registry" tab for gift options.
