For those born prior to 1970, please contact your grandchildren for directions. For those born after 1970, please contact your children for directions.
There is plenty of free parking at the golf course, just a short walk to the ceremony location. There will be a golf cart shuttle available to take you to the ceremony site upon request. If you request to be taken to the first tee, your invite will be revoked. You are allowed to leave your car parked in the parking lot overnight. However, we are unsure how available Uber/Lyft may be in this area.
We ask that you arrive by 3:30pm, which is 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, to ensure enough time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins. Late-comers will be hazed appropriately.
We ask that you please dress in cocktail attire, however, considering we will be on a lake at the end of June in Michigan humidity, suit jackets are not required. Also note that the ceremony will be held on the grass, so opt for flats or platform like heels to not twist an ankle. Our wedding ceremony as well as cocktail hour will be outdoors weather permitting, but our reception will be inside with access to an outdoor patio for drinks, dancing, and yard games.
While we love your little ones and grown-up children, the number of guests is limited due to space. Our celebration will be strictly RSVP only. All invited guest will be listed on your RSVP page. Uninvited plus ones will be thrown into the lake.
We're thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us—and your presence is present enough! But, if you'd like to help us spruce up our newlywed place, we are registered with Zola! The entirety of our registry is located above under the tab titled 'Registry.'
We do not have any hotel blocks set, however please see the 'travel' tab above to see many listed accommodation options including hotels, golf resorts, and campgrounds in the nearby area!
During the ceremony we want to see your smiling faces, so please no phones! However, after that we would love to see our wedding day from your POV, so take all the pictures you'd like! We will also have some GoPros floating around to help capture the day. However, you are not the professional, so please respect our photographer by staying out of her way.
